Our shop at 177 Queen Street East will be closed for in-store shopping but online operations will proceed as usual ;) Please read on for some more details on what you can expect over the break...
WHEN WILL YOU BE CLOSED?
The shop will be closed from Saturday, December 21 until we return on Tuesday, January 7. Our storefront will be open until 6pm on Friday, December 20 and will reopen again at 12pm on Tuesday, January 7.
CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE BREAK? WILL YOU BE SHIPPING OR OFFERING LOCAL PICK UP?
You can still place an order on our website over the break, orders will be shipping out as usual. However, we will not be offering local pickup while the shop is closed.
WILL ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAPPEN WHILE YOU ARE CLOSED?
We will still be shipping online orders, but there may be a delay with returning your emails, and we won’t be answering phone calls while we are closed. You can of course still reach out with any questions or concerns you may have- and we promise that upon our return we will respond to your messages and take great care of you!
