Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our shop in downtown Toronto.
What carriers do you use?
Within Canada, we primarily use Canada Post. Orders to the US where Flat Rate and Free Shipping have been selected will ship with Canada Post/USPS.
Most carriers (other than Canada Post/USPS) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that packages must be picked up from carrier access points within 5 - 7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada or United States on all orders of $50 or more (before tax and after discounts).
What about international shipping?
We offer competitive pricing on international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.
What about customs and duties?
Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees that your parcel incurs during shipment, is the customer/receiver's responsibility to pay. These fees are determined by your country's government. Leaves Of Trees cannot be responsible for these charges.
How long will it take for me to receive my all-natural, handcrafted skincare?
We process orders from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST. Once processed, most orders will ship the following business day. We will send you a tracking number so that you can see when you will receive your package.
Orders shipped to GTA addresses are usually received within 2-3 business days.
Orders shipping across Canada can take up to 7-14 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to change depending on holidays and weather. If you have not received your order within 15 business days of purchasing, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours to start tracking your package.
I made a mistake on my shipping address- what do I do?
If you realize after placing your order that you entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as you can by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at: 647-391-0177. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to update your information. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we'll gladly re-ship your item, but any further shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Must I be home to receive my package?
We send the majority of our shipments with no signature required. This means that if you're not home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave your package at your residence (in your mailbox, with your concierge, on your front porch, etc.) If you would like to request a signature for your package, please contact us at the time of your order (email@example.com) and we will add this requirement to your shipment.
Once your package is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, Leaves of Trees is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, please contact them for further information if your package was not received.
We make our products by hand in small batches with a lot of love and we want you to love them too!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for return and/or exchange of the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fees ($10 flat rate shipping) and/or applicable customs duties and taxes.
Products purchased at 177 Queen Street East or on www.leavesoftrees.com can also be returned in-store for a full refund with original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Products that were purchased from one of our stockists are subject to that stockists return policies. Please contact them directly or visit their website to view their unique policy.
