AN ADVANCE NOTICE ABOUT OUR UPCOMING SUMMER SABBATICAL. READ ON FOR MORE DETAILS.

 

Self-care is at the heart of what we do at Leaves of Trees, and in an effort to practice what we preach, we will be taking a company-wide break from July 17 - August 1 in order to take some time to recharge + recuperate. Our aim is for you to not even notice we’re gone, while giving ourselves a much needed rest! Please read on for more details on what you can expect over the break…


WHEN WILL YOU BE CLOSED?

We will be closed from Saturday, July 17th until we return on Monday, August 2nd.


CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE BREAK? WILL YOU BE SHIPPING OR OFFERING CURBSIDE PICK UP?

You can still place an order on our website over the break, nothing there will change. However, if you place an order between July 17 - Aug 1st, please expect some minor shipping delays. We will do our best to continue shipping online orders over the break, but it may take a little bit longer than usual.

We will not be offering curbside pickup while we’re closed.

 

WILL ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAPPEN WHILE YOU ARE CLOSED?

We will not be answering emails or phone calls while we are closed.

As a small business, it’s so easy to fall into the trap of working during our vacations. In an effort to really disconnect and recharge, we won’t be answering calls or emails during the break. You can of course still reach out with any questions or concerns you may have- and we promise that upon our return in August we will respond to your messages and take great care of you!

IS YOUR STOREFRONT OPEN?

The shop is still closed for walk-in traffic and will remain so over the break. Stay tuned for updates though- we plan to reopen our storefront when we return in August!
