Self-care is at the heart of what we do at Leaves of Trees, and in an effort to practice what we preach, we will be taking a company-wide break from August 6 - August 20, 2024 in order to take some time to rest and recharge. Our storefront at 177 Queen Street East will be closed, and we will not be shipping online orders over the break. Please read on for some more details on what you can expect over the break...
WHEN WILL YOU BE CLOSED?
We will be closed from Tuesday, August 6th until we return on Tuesday, August 20th. Our storefront will be open until 6pm on Friday, August 2nd and will reopen again at 12pm on Tuesday, August 20th.
CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE BREAK? WILL YOU BE SHIPPING OR OFFERING LOCAL PICK UP?
You can still place an order on our website over the break, nothing there will change. However, we will not be fulfilling orders until we return. If you place an order between August 3 - Aug 19, it will be shipped the week of August 19th, when we return. Orders placed before 11:59 pm EST on Friday, August 2nd will ship before the break. So please get your orders in before then if you’ll need anything in early August! We will not be offering local pickup while we’re closed.
WILL ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAPPEN WHILE YOU ARE CLOSED?
We will not be shipping orders, answering emails or phone calls while we are closed.
As a small business, it’s so easy to fall into the trap of working during our vacations. In an effort to really disconnect and recharge, we won’t be answering calls or emails during the break. You can of course still reach out with any questions or concerns you may have- and we promise that upon our return we will respond to your messages and take great care of you!
