Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our shop in downtown Toronto.

What carriers do you use?

Within Canada, we primarily use Canada Post and UPS. Orders to the US will usually ship with Canada Post/USPS. 

Most carriers (other than Canada Post/USPS) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that packages must be picked up from carrier access points within 5 - 7 business days. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on all orders of $50 or more (before tax and after discounts). Due to increasing shipping costs we are no longer able to offer free and flat rate shipping to the United States.

What about international shipping?

We offer competitive pricing on international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. (Please note that at this time, certain international shipping zones have limited shipping options. When the rate "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" is selected, we apologize that tracking is NOT available. In order to receive a tracking number, the option "Canada Post Tracked Packet International" MUST be selected.)

What about customs and duties?

Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees that your parcel incurs during shipment, is the customer/receiver's responsibility to pay. These fees are determined by your country's government. Leaves Of Trees cannot be responsible for these charges. ***All US-bound orders will incur a 36% surcharge to cover duties/tariffs/processing fees. For US customers, this charge is already factored in to the product prices. For Canadian/International orders shipping to the US, an invoice for this charge will be emailed separately and must be paid before the order is fulfilled.***

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours to start tracking your package. 

For international orders (outside North America) please note that certain shipping zones have limited shipping options. When the rate "Canada Post Small Packet International Air" is selected, we apologize that tracking is NOT available. In order to receive tracking for your order, the option "Canada Post Tracked Packet InternationalMUST be selected.)

I made a mistake on my shipping address- what do I do?

If you realize after placing your order that you entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as you can by email at: info@leavesoftrees.com or phone at: 647-391-0177. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to update your information. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we'll gladly re-ship your item, but any further shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Must I be home to receive my package?

We send the majority of our shipments with no signature required. This means that if you're not home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave your package at your residence (in your mailbox, with your concierge, on your front porch, etc.) If you would like to request a signature for your package, please contact us at the time of your order (info@leavesoftrees.com) and we will add this requirement to your shipment. 

Once your package is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, Leaves of Trees is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, please contact them for further information if your package was not received.
