We make our products by hand in small batches with a lot of love and we want you to love them too. Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@leavesoftrees.com to arrange for refund or exchange of the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fees ($10 flat rate shipping) and/or applicable customs duties and taxes.
Products can also be returned in-store for a full refund with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Products that were purchased from one of our stockists are subject to that stockists return policies. Please contact them directly or visit their website to view their unique policy.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We process orders from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST. Once processed, most orders will ship the following business day. We will send you a tracking number so that you can see when you will receive your package.
Orders shipped to GTA addresses are usually received within 2-3 business days.
Orders shipping across Canada can take up to 7-14 business days.

If a product you want is out of stock, you can sign up on the product page for an email notification when the product is back in stock. Please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will let you know when they are back in stock!
