Where did you grow up?
I grew up in North York on the east end of Toronto!
Top 3 things you absolutely feed your soul?
Spending time with my family. Listening to music with natural light coming in from a window. The first inhale of relaxation when I open up a new bottle of lavender essential oil!
Favourite LOT Skin product?
Frankincense Argan Hand and Body Lotion! The smell brings me to a happy place, and the feel of the lotion is incredible, sinks right into the skin! I have been putting it on my eczema flare-ups, and it has been moisturizing and healing my skin!
What are you most thankful for?
I am most thankful for my family! They have been there for me and supported me in any way they possibly could! Their love and advice always had motivated and influenced me to become a better person!
